Rubber belt feeders for structural ceramics
IFAMAC rubber belt feeders continuously extract and meter the raw materials used in structural ceramics manufacturing. Installed beneath storage hoppers, they supply material uniformly to the next piece of process equipment and help maintain a stable production flow.
Each feeder is designed according to the material properties, required capacity and installation layout. It can be manufactured in different dimensions and equipped with final dosing blades to regulate discharge when required by the process.
Metering ceramic raw materials beneath a hopper
Material stored in the hopper falls onto a rubber belt designed to withstand the load and operate continuously. The low-speed, high-torque drive extracts the product in a controlled manner and maintains a consistent feed to downstream preparation equipment.
The feeder can be configured for ceramic materials with different particle sizes, ranging from powders and fine raw materials to larger particles, always within the limits established for each installation.
Design adapted to the material and process
The belt, operating speed, capacity and discharge system are selected according to the product characteristics. This allows the feeder to be integrated with hoppers, elevators, conveyors and other equipment used to prepare raw materials for structural ceramics.
