Loader and unloader for racks in structural ceramics production
IFAMAC rack loaders and unloaders automate the loading and removal of products from racks or dryer cars used in structural ceramics production lines. The system transfers products precisely between the line conveyors and the different levels of the rack.
Each machine is designed according to the dimensions and configuration of the racks, product format, production rate and plant layout. Automating these operations reduces manual handling and helps maintain a continuous, coordinated flow throughout the drying process.
Automatic loading and unloading of racks
The system positions the products at the required height and transfers them using lifting mechanisms and belt conveyors. The robust four-column lifts ensure stable operation during loading and unloading movements.
The equipment can be configured to place products in the racks before drying or remove them once the process is complete, coordinating each movement with the position of the dryer car and the operation of the conveyors.
Precise lift positioning
Servo motors control the movement and positioning of the lifts at the different rack levels. Counterweights help balance the load and enable precise, dynamic and efficient movement.
Sensors and the control system coordinate lifting, product transfer and the movement of the other equipment to maintain a continuous and safe operating sequence.
Custom design and integration
IFAMAC adapts each loader and unloader to the ceramic product, rack dimensions, number of levels and required capacity. The installation can be integrated with conveyors, dryer cars, positioning systems and other automation equipment.
