Distributor from 4 to 2
Automatic distributor that receives product from two double lines and combines them into a single double line with automatic mode change depending on the presence of product at the inlet: if 2 enter on the left, 2 exit; if 2 enter on the right, 2 exit; if 4 enter from both sides, 2 exit.
4/2 product convergence module
The 4-to-2 distributor is an automated solution designed to merge the product flow from two double lines (4 lanes) into a single double line (2 lanes), optimising the performance of packaging, packing or processing lines.
Its intelligent system detects the presence of the product in real time and automatically adjusts the operating mode:
- If products arrive from the left → output via 2 lanes.
- If they arrive from the right → output via 2 lanes.
- If they arrive from both sides → regulates the flow to maintain 2 constant outputs.
This equipment allows for a continuous and synchronised transition, avoiding accumulations or interruptions, and integrates easily into high-speed processes.
